BRRRR Strategy (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat)
The BRRRR Strategy combines the best of both worlds. It’s pretty much a fix and flip project and a long-term rental all rolled into one.


Long-Term Rentals and Acquisitions
These are long-term plays. Think 5 to 10 years or longer. Big picture stuff. This is where the generational wealth gets built.
Short-Term and Mid-Term Rentals
These are fun projects. These can provide the highest return on investment for holdings. They can be a bit riskier, but provide excellent returns when executed correctly.
New Construction
We are new to new construction. No pun intended. This is the path we would like to head in for the future and we’d like you to come with us. These returns would be similar to what you would see for a fix & flip, but will be more consistent.
