Story
Avellanas Investments is a full-spectrum real estate investment company based in Rhode Island, focused on acquiring, improving, and optimizing residential and small multifamily properties throughout Southern New England. We specialize in value-add real estate strategies including fix-and-flip projects, long-term buy-and-hold rentals, short-term and mid-term furnished rentals, and BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) strategies. Our acquisitions include single-family homes, two- to four-unit multifamily buildings, distressed and off-market properties, and even raw or buildable land. We handle full renovations, legal unit conversions (such as turning a legal 2-family back into a legal 3-family), and new construction from the ground up. We actively buy properties as-is — including inherited homes, vacant lots, tired rentals, or homes in need of repair — and we work directly with sellers to close quickly and without hassle. We also develop vacant or underutilized lots for new housing and small multifamily builds, managing everything from permitting and entitlement to vertical construction. Additionally, Avellanas offers passive investment opportunities to private lenders seeking secured, fixed returns backed by real estate, and we provide real estate consulting services to other investors and homeowners — particularly around ADU development, zoning navigation, and property optimization in the City of Providence.
